UPDATE UPDATE:
This video of Carrie Prejean on Cavuto is must watch youtubin’

Miss California, Carrie Prejean, has gone and done it. Her statement was a response to the question, “Do you belive in gay marriage?”, posed by Perez Hilton.

In a statement, co-directors of the Miss California USA, Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler, told FoxNews they were “saddened” by Prejeans answer.

Here is her shocking statement:

“We live in a land where you can choose same-sex marriage or opposite. And you know what, I think in my country, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised.”

Emphasis added to highlight the offensive part.
Outrageous!

…and now…the video with bonus discussion between Fox’s Megyn Kelly and Courtney Friel

Update:
“She is a dumb bitch” – Perez Hilton

i know i’m a journalist, and i should be objective…but she is an ignorant discrace and she makes me sick to my stomach. – E! News Anchor Giuliana Rancic

MSNBC’s Nora O’Donnell provides a platform for Ms Hilton to double-down on his personal attack:

“I called her the b-word, but I was thinking the c-word” – Perez Hilton.

Who else could it be this week but the one and only Janeane Garofalo. Thanks to J$P for putting this Fox and Friends reaction video together:

Hopefully there are enough hours remaining in this season’s 24 to hastily re-write her characters gruesome demise.  Surnow, are you listening?  Don’t make us choose.

CNN’s Susan Roesgen attempts to interview a Tea Party attendee, but decides that its just too hard to be objective and would rather debate him and bash Fox News.

Note that she uses the same failed argument that many in the media used against Joe the Plumber.  Namely that he was too dumb to just shut up and take the money.  Don’t you know that you little people will be cared for by our benevolent government.  We should all just mortgage our children’s future for a cool $400 cash.

“Do you realize that you are eligible for a $400…” What an idiot.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said she was briefed before the release of a controversial intelligence assessment and that she stands by the report sent to law enforcement that lists veterans as a terrorist risk to the U.S. and defines “rightwing extremism” as including groups opposed to abortion and immigration.

The nine-page document titled “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment,” has caused an outcry from veterans groups, Republican lawmakers and conservative activists.

“Rightwing extremism,” the report defines in a footnote on Page 2, goes beyond religious and racial hate groups and extends to “those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely.”

“It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration,” said the report, which also listed as suspect gun owners and veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.

Carlie Christine was the cheerleader coach at Orangevale (CA) Casa Robles High School, but was then fired after school officials were informed that Christine had posed for Playboy and appeared on their site as Cyber Girl of the Week.

Parents and some students, who did not want to be identified, exposed the coach to school officials after rumors started slowly getting out that she had posed nude.

What apparently uncovered the coach was when some girls didn’t make the cheerleading squad because they had a few unexcused absences from school. Their parents then made copies of Christine and dropped the pictures on the principal’s desk.

The lesson here is, of course, hell hath no fury like a wanna-be cheerleader [and mother] scorned.

John Brignell, the author of Numberwatch, has compiled a wonderful list of all the societal ills alleged to have roots in the Climate Change nee Global Warming. This list may have some links that have expired but is still a valuable tool to display the alarmists’ use of fear-mongering:
